A lower-level family room offers a 75” flat screen TV and seating on a couch and love seat.

With two bedrooms, the home sleeps four adults comfortably. The home is not suited for children.

Refined and relaxing, the master bedroom features a handsome wood-paneled accent wall behind the king bed. It also has a 49” flat screen TV and closet for storage. Just as luxurious, the master en-suite bath offers double sinks, extra storage, and a spacious glass walk-in shower.

The guest room is furnished with a stylish platform king bed and 55” flat screen TV. It also offers an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, extra storage, and walk-in shower.

Amenities include an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer set, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for three cars.

THE LOCATION

Enjoy the sun and splash in the waves on lovely Butterfly Beach, just steps from the villa. Or, rent bikes and take the paved bike path all the way to Santa Barbara.

Montecito’s lower village, with its attractive shops and delicious restaurants, is within walking distance. The quaint town exudes extravagance, luxury, and style. Keep an eye out—you might spot one of the celebrities who call the area home.

Head into Santa Barbara to admire Spanish architecture, browse boutiques, and dine at first-rate restaurants. The city also plays host to exciting events throughout the year, including the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Summer Solstice Parade, and Bastille Day celebration each July.
